Booking with Suds and Hugs
​​Before booking your dog’s first grooming appointment, I may need to arrange a complimentary 15-minute assessment. This allows your dog to become familiar with the salon environment, assist with effective desensitisation and gives us the opportunity to meet. During the assessment, we will discuss your dog’s temperament, any health considerations, and your preferences for the groom. All relevant information will be recorded on your dog’s profile, along with any other important details, so I am fully prepared for their grooming appointment.
